My Approach
As a certified Health Coach in Functional Medicine, my focus is on an integrated approach to the whole person - body, mind, spirit - helping clients achieve their wellness goals. By utilizing a client-centered approach, I specialize in co-creating personalized wellness plans by using goal-setting and positive psychology techniques to guide, support, strategize and assist clients in achieving their desired outcomes. Functional Medicine differs from the conventional approach to healthcare by prioritizing lifestyle and diet changes to achieve wellness.
The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping clients confidently identify their long-term health goals and achieve vitality. My goal is to help transform the way you live so you can begin living a more balanced, happier and healthier life.
